Mokkup is an Apps That Help product, a brand of Decal Venue, Inc.
We collect your name (optional), email address, and encrypted password when you create an account. We log mockup generation counts to enforce free tier limits. Your uploaded design images are processed entirely in your browser and never sent to our servers.
We use your email to send account-related emails (verification, password reset, purchase confirmation). We use your usage data to enforce the free plan limit and display your stats in the app.
We use the following strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you logged in, Stripe cookies required for secure payment processing, and Cloudflare cookies used for security and performance. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. All cookies we use are strictly necessary for the website to function and do not require consent under GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.
Images you upload are processed entirely within your browser using the Canvas API. They are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never transmitted to any third party.
You may access your personal data in your account settings. You may delete your account and all associated data from the Account page at any time.
