You retain ownership of all designs you upload. You represent that you have the rights to use any content you upload. We are not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from your uploads.
You may not use Mokkup to create mockups of illegal content, infringing material, or anything that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
A Pro purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable lifetime license to use Mokkup Pro features. You may not share, resell, or transfer your account.
Mokkup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
